Standardized and normalized management have been implemented throughout the production operation process, including product development, production planning, preparation and implementation of process technical documents, establishment and operation of the quality system, process control, and the 6S standardization of the production site. In addition, we enhance process supervision and implement comprehensive performance assessment management through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In the past two years, we have introduced efficient R&D software, ERP resource planning management systems, production control systems, and OA office systems. We have achieved controllable digital management of the entire process through the ERP management information system, from orders to production and delivery. Our company has achieved remarkable management effectiveness, sequentially obtaining ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certification, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, and IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System certification (the first enterprise in Quanzhou to obtain this qualifications).
