Fujian Unveils 114 Provincial Industrial Leading Enterprises, Updates Enterprise List to Optimize Industrial Structure

In accordance with the Action Plan for Strengthening Leading Industrial Enterprises to Drive High-Quality Development (Fujian Government Office [2021] No. 12), Fujian Province has released the 2023 list of 114 Provincial Industrial Leading Enterprises, including 17 existing leading enterprises and 97 cultivation enterprises. Among them is Xiamen San’an Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd., along with other key companies across the province.

At the same time, adjustments have been made to the previously published list:

1. Promotion and Reclassification: 44 cultivation enterprises, including Fujian Yuguan Food Co., Ltd., have been upgraded to existing leading enterprises; while 4 existing leading enterprises, such as Fuqing Yongyulai Gear Co., Ltd., have been reclassified as cultivation enterprises.
2. Name Changes: Approvals were granted for the renaming of 24 enterprises, including Hantian Tiancen Electronic Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.
3. Exit from the List: 91 enterprises, including Fuzhou Xianglong Textile Co., Ltd., have been removed from the list.

Local governments and relevant authorities are required to give priority to these leading enterprises in daily management and services, closely monitor their production and operations, ensure effective policy implementation, and support their continued growth. The Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will maintain a dynamic management mechanism, updating the list in line with enterprise development.
